It's been busy around here between canning and homeschooling, as ever. I'm also really trying to squeeze in work on the new blog (that I haven't posted to yet): http://www.projecttwentysix.com/
I definitely want to plan my meals though, to lessen life's general insanity so here's the plan for this week.
Dinners:
Baked Pasta, Garlic Bread, Green Salad
Beef & Pineapple Skewers with brown rice
Bacon & Bleu Cheese Burgers with long green & yellow beans (fancy green beans)
Chili
Stir Fry
Frozen Meal
Frozen Meal
I have several freezer meals I need to use up and this week is as good as any.
Lunches:
Mac'n'Cheese
PB&J
Mini-Pizzas
Grilled Cheese
Out for Lunch
Finger Food
Leftovers
I have been using up all that old stuff, slowly, including sweetened condensed milk in crockpot macaroni & cheese. Weird, huh? But it tastes pretty good and I got to use up something I bought on accident!
