I completely skipped meal planning last week since I was only home two days of the week. This week I plan to focus on the freezer so I can keep making room for berries and other produce that will be arriving later in the summer.
Dinners:
Monday - Pasta & Red Sauce
Tuesday - Ham Loaf
Wednesday - Cheesy Chicken Casserole
Thursday - Teriyaki Chicken
Friday -Bible Study Potluck (potato salad & chips)
Saturday - Stuffed Bell Peppers
Sunday - Meatball Subs
Lunches:
Monday - Pizza
Tuesday - PB&J
Wednesday - Quesadilla
Thursday - Hot Dogs
Friday -Mac'n'Cheese PIe
Saturday - Quesadilla
Sunday - PB&J
I'm not setting goals this week. Shame on me. Just feeling overwhelmed at the moment.
